So, where to from here?
To move forward on our journey towards constant improvement, we’ll increase the number of store visits and I will make every effort to increase personal participation. Be advised that during such visits, we’ll put your
operation under the microscope. Our motivation is not to catch you out doing something wrong; for us, happiness is catching you out doing something right! Look at it in this way: Should I or a member of my team uncover a process or procedure in your store that is less than optimally efficient and we ask you to fix it, you shouldn’t see this as interference. Rather, it’s our contribution towards improving your business and with it its profitability, for mutual benefit. That’s what the OBC Franchise is all about.
